FOUNDER — GLORY FOOTBALL ACADEMY

I began my football journey as a teenager, playing professional football from the age of 16 in the Macedonia First Division. It was a challenging and rewarding experience that taught me the importance of hard work, discipline, resilience and commitment.

In 1993, I moved to Perth, Western Australia, where I continued my playing career, competing in First Division and Premier League football.

At the age of 23, I underwent surgery on both knees, an injury that almost ended my football career. However, I was determined to continue, and this experience became an important part of my coaching journey.

I began coaching in 2003, developing my knowledge and experience through many years of working with players and teams.

In 2009, I founded Glory Football Academy with a clear vision — to provide quality football coaching while helping young players develop both on and off the pitch.

My coaching philosophy is built around creating a positive and supportive environment where every player is encouraged to learn, improve, build confidence and reach their potential.

We don’t just coach football. We develop people.

At Glory Football Academy, our goal is to develop skilled, confident and respectful young people through football, while creating a strong foundation for their future in the game and in life.

MY JOURNEY

Football has been a major part of my life for more than two decades — first as a player, and now as a coach.

My playing career taught me the demands of the game: discipline, commitment, resilience and the importance of never giving up.

Those experiences shaped the coach I am today.

Since beginning my coaching journey in 2000, I have continued to learn, develop and build my approach around one belief:

Every player deserves the opportunity to improve, gain confidence and enjoy their football.

At Glory Football Academy, my focus is simple — develop players, build confidence and create pathways.

FROM A PLAYER TO A COACH

My experience as a player has strongly influenced the way I coach.

Having experienced the demands of competitive football, I understand that player development is about more than just technique. It is about learning how to make decisions, respond to challenges, work with others and keep improving.

As a coach, I want young players to understand why they are doing something — not simply what to do.

Every session at Glory Football Academy is an opportunity to develop technical ability, game understanding, confidence and character.

I believe players develop best when they are challenged, supported and encouraged to learn.
